spectrumturkey (5)Tom and I have traveled in India to experience all varieties of Ayurvedic massages. We trained in Kerala during our honeymoon to give a complete holistic massage in addition to learning different types of Dharma (oil baths, herbal pudding massages) and synchronised massage which is the ultimate therapy to receive! We have visited Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand where we also experienced numerous types of massages and learned many new techniques, particularly combination treatments and herbal steam pudding massages.

Later I was introduced to, learned and used EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) with great success, not only for myself but many clients too (serious health issues such as heart conditions, recovering from major surgery, depression, smoking, child abuse, attempted murder, sciatica, frozen shoulder, bee stings, mosquito bites, migraines and headaches, stress & anxiety including anger, grief and relationship issues). I continued to seek the best of all the Psychological and Energy therapies and techniques(also known as Meridian Therapies or Meridian Tapping Therapies)  that would enhance EFT. Some of these additional therapies and techniques proved to be profound and truly life changing too, even those that seemed simple, like changing the language you use. Hence I decided to combine them to create Mind Harmony 4 Life which is the ultimate mind detox and benefits not only your mind but body and soul too.

We are responsible for what we are, whatever we wish ourselves to be.  We have the power to make ourselves who we want to be. Become the person YOU want to be.

In addition I discovered techniques that helped me to change how I felt in an instant (great for people who suffer from moods or depression like me). I read about the power of your subconscious mind, the power of positive words and positive thinking (although Rebecca had taught me a lot about positivity). I learned exercises to raise your vibration, lift your mood, make you feel happy just by changing your focus, writing your gratitude or WOW list.

Many of these discoveries were found in Anthony Robbins’ book, Awaken the Giant Within, which contributed greatly in my learning NLP. This particular book which also helped me to understand why Nik & Eva Speakman (from the hugely successful TV programme A Life Coach Less Ordinary) seemed so wild and wacky! They had also learned from Anthony Robbins and studied NLP. They are all great role models for me, perfect examples showing how these therapies and techniques really do change and transform your life (they have overcome serious hardships, challenges, traumas, weight and financial issues as well as illnesses). So by modelling such hugely successful people (I know because I have met Nik & Eva having been on an exclusive seminar for 30 Therapists and I hope to meet Anthony Robbins in September) anything is possible! My Life Can Be (is) Fantastic Too! The above mentioned are truly awesome, walk the walk, talk the talk and I, for one, am following in their footsteps – how about you?


Anthony Robbins’ and The Speakman’s techniques work, I know because I use them too and I want to share them with you. They are easy to learn, you simply need to create the habit of using them, daily and continually. You will be amazed how different you feel, how you can make yourself feel different, no matter what.
