Lyanh says: I am thrilled to be able to offer a yoga and fitness retreat aimed mainly for beginners but suitable for all levels and ages. The retreat is set in the beautiful Golgei Mountains in Southwest Turkey in the heart of the countryside. A perfect week to relax and recharge, detox with a focus on healthy living. Time for you to escape and connect with nature and yourselves again!

MEDITATION, YOGA AND FITNESS CLASS
Meditation is guided before the morning yoga class and a relaxing evening yoga practice.
The yoga classes will be mainly hatha flow (mindful movements with the breath) with some cheeky rocket sequences. I will be focusing on the fundamentals of yoga (sun salutations and classic standing/seated postures) to help you feel confident to go to any yoga class in the future! This is your time and space to ask about anything or help with certain movements.
I can offer variations to those who wish to take a deeper practice as well.
For those of you who want more physical activity aka fitness freaks, I will be also offering an optional fitness class consisting of circuits, light jogging and core work lasting 30-45mins before the evening yoga class.
Please do not feel obliged to take part in all yoga classes and activities – it’s your holiday and you can do as much or as little as you like!
There are private single rooms with single beds but there are also a few twin or double rooms all with en suite facilities (toilet, basin and shower), air conditioning and fly screens. All of the rooms surround the swimming pool and have beautiful mountain views. Towels and bedding are provided and will be changed once during the stay. There are many books, CDs, DVDs to borrow and good WIFI.
The nearest airport is Dalaman, Turkey. If you are flying from the UK, there are regular charter flights to take you here directly. Once you have booked your flights, please let me know the flight details, so I can arrange your transfers.
The closest town is Dalyan and there are plenty of opportunities to check out the local surroundings in your free time or you may choose to relax by the pool all day! There are nearby beaches, a day boat trip, mud baths and hot springs to explore. The mountain views are spectacular and there is also a local turtle sanctuary ♥ ♥ ♥.
Included in your week: 7 breakfasts, 5 vegetarian evening meals – all the food is delicious, local and mostly home grown, prepared by local ladies! They will be able to cater for most taste buds including vegan, dairy and gluten free. In the 2 evening meals out you will have plenty of other options to eat meat and fish if you wish. There is unlimited tea, instant coffee and water. Filter coffee and fresh juices provided at breakfast.

I will adapt the schedule according to the group’s wishes and abilities. A rough schedule will be morning meditation (30mins) and yoga practice (60-75mins) followed by breakfast. There will be free-time from thereon and options to walk around the countryside, see the local town, or laze by the pool. If you wish to eat another meal, this can be ordered and prepared at the venue or in town.
In the early afternoon there will be an optional circuits class lasting approx. 30-45mins before a relaxing evening yoga practice (75mins) and then the evening meal.
