The Holiday: A whole week to relax and unwind with Angie Campbell at this amazing dedicated yoga centre. Angie came to stay at Villa Cabrece, the inspiring home of Spectrum Turkey (Dalyan) at Villa Cabrece, for the first time last year in order to help out her friend Noel on his retreat. She loved the place so much that she can’t wait to come back and run her own holiday. The plan is to enjoy a week of restorative yoga practice to help ease us out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and allow us to reconnect with who we truly are and what is important in our lives. The main objective for the week is that you should do only the things that you enjoy, make you happy and feel right for you.

and Aerial Yoga (optional extra)

There will be 10 yoga sessions spread over the week but there will also be plenty of free time to relax by the pool or in one of the many chill-out areas around the villa. You can also go and explore the local town with its ancient sites, Mud baths, Turkish baths and massages or take a trip to the nearby beach for a swim or maybe visit the turtle rehabilitation centre. If shopping, cocktails or karaoke is more your thing then Dalyan can provide this as well.

Planned Excursions: On Thursday, after morning practice and breakfast, there will be the option to go on a full day boat trip around the 12 local islands, stopping off to swim in different bays. On Saturday evening there will be the option to go on a moonlight boat trip when you can enjoy swimming in the thermal lakes, watching the magnificent sunset before doing some star-gazing from the boat rooftop. A meal and snacks are included on both trips and alcohol can be purchased on board for an additional charge if you wish.

Spectrum Yoga Centre: Set only a short distance from the picturesque town of Dalyan, the centre has an outdoor swimming pool with its own sun canopy, sun loungers and beds, with beach towels provided for everyone. There is also a sauna, on-site massage/therapy room, many chill out areas, fruit orchards and a custom designed meditation labyrinth.

Accommodation: There are single and double/twin en-suite rooms, most overlooking the outdoor swimming pool . All rooms are air-conditioned and provide wifi, hairdryer, soaps, towels and linen. There is also a spacious air-conditioned yoga shala in which we will do our yoga practice each day. It is fully equipped with mats, blocks, belts and bolsters, so no need to bring any equipment with you.

B: Each day after morning yoga class a delicious buffet style breakfast will be provided and on 4 evenings a lovely vegetarian evening meal will be served. On the other evenings we will either eat on the boat trips or eat out in one of the many local restaurants. Lunches and snacks are available to purchase at Villa Cabrece at a very reasonable price. Food is home cooked vegetarian, mostly organic and grown at the centre. You are welcome to make hot drinks and help yourself to chilled drinking water at any time.
